Survey
We had an amazing response from the congregation for our parish survey! We appreciate everyone who took the time to give the search committee feedback regarding who we are and what we are looking for in our next rector.

A brief update following the Vestry and Search Committee’s meeting with Bishop Richard:
As you may have noticed during lunch, he is incredibly engaging and down-to-earth.
We had a productive conversation, and the Bishop offered several helpful suggestions. Additionally, there has been a staffing change at Carpenter House; the Search Committee will now be working with a new Canon to the Ordinary to manage the process from their end. We are hopeful that this change will generate further possibilities.
While we are still in the early stages of this process, our goal remains to have a new Rector in place this fall. However, we will not compromise on the quality of the candidate simply to fill the position. If the search takes longer than expected, we remain confident in our strength and our future.

Almighty God, you know the needs of your Church in every place: look graciously upon us, the people of Saint Luke’s, and grant us the guidance of your Holy Spirit as we seek a new rector for this parish. Give us discernment, wisdom, and confidence in your timing. Guide the members of our Search Committee, as they labor to be faithful in seeking your will. We pray for the life of our parish, that we may strengthened in our vision to be a place “Where Love Leads the Way” and united in our faith for the sake of the love of your son, our savior, Jesus Christ.
